Job Description

Sleepfoe Agency is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have the expertise and passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns, this role is for you.

Requirements

Experience: 2- 4 years of experience in E-commerce or E-commerce Startup.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or a minimum of HSC qualification.
Age: 22 to 35 years.

Skills & Expertise

Proven expertise in:

Facebook Ads (posting, creating, and campaign execution).
Google Tag Manager (GTM) ,Server-side Tracking & Facebook Pixel.
TikTok Ads and server-side tracking.
LinkedIn Ads Campaign Management: Creating, launching, and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns (sponsored content, sponsored InMail, display ads).
Strong understanding of digital marketing elements:
SEO, Social Media, Content Creation, Copywriting, etc.
Proficiency in tools for:
Marketing data analysis and reporting.
Organized and detail-oriented approach.
Must have an interest in creating videos for marketing or social media purposes.
Special Note: Candidates who have worked on marketplaces will get priority.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management
Create, execute, and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and email.
Social Media Handling
Strategize, implement, and oversee activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Engagement Boosting
Enhance audience engagement through interactive content and timely responses
Reach Expansion
Use SEO, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships to increase reach and attract new audiences.
Content Creation:
Develop blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
Performance Monitoring, Analysis campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Video Creation: Collaborate on creating engaging videos for marketing campaigns or content purposes.
